How long have you practiced(5 mths, 1 yr) ?

I do fingertip push ups x15 everyday, sth I found somewhere in the net saying Dirk Nowitzski does it too helped me shoot better.

I always try in every game to be a point getter, sum1 that gets at least 20% of the max score. In streetball in my court the max score is 15. We play and who gets to 15 1st wins. So in theory if in full court game I just take the max score to be 100(I know can be over 100 but I just take it like I was playing street ball game with 100 max score) and I try to get 20 points at least if I were to play in full court again(Ideally I never get substituted).

Now I'm trying to get my vert up to try to dunk. I dunno can or not if I just do bodyweight vjb forever but I might get higher vert anyhow. Even if I end up can't dunk doing vjb bodyweight if my vert is higher I can reject higher ppl or and ppl with higher vert.

Always when I play a non competition game, like normal street game I try to win with handicap, no 3 points and shots(unless the opponent starts shooting 3s,then I'll be shooting as many as he does to even it thing up or I'm forced to or told to) but only lay ups. Helps train my lay ups.

What do you think of this after you've read it?
