I started VJB last monday, and did the beginners pylos, and only one day of the bodyweight, going to start lifting more this week though

, anyways when I tested my vert before doing the program I always came about 1-2 inches short of touching the rim... well today at the court my buddy asked how it was working and If i could touch rim yet(he doesnt believe in all that jumping stuff), I got a 15 foot start, ran up, jumped, and grabbed rim, hung for a second(not long was kinda scared since I havent ever grabbed a 10 foot rim), but man was I pumped... I did it 3 times in a row, before some people came up to have a few runs! call me lucky, call me whatever, but I grabbed the rim and it was amazing!!!!
