Plyos work best when you do them with a strength training program. IMO doing plyos twice a week would get the same results as 3 times a week because of recovery. Basically everyone will benefit from more strength, which is why the 2bw and 2 plyos works.
Also, you planned on doing advanced plyos with low reactive strength,
