ok JC i would liek to appolgize for my ignorance and i will do novice plyos and work my self way up. Also if someone wanted to do TVP, should they have atleast 6 months worth of training about?

i will also be doing bodyweight exercises as well. My doctor told me i should wait untill highschool,6 months from now...thats why i also asked about tvp...back to the thing my doc told me. He said that i am in the process of growing and devoloping alot right now for myself so i shouldn't do any weight lifting for now. But ANY bodyweight exercises are fine for now. So for now this is my routine.
Monday:
am: Novice Plyos
pm: Bodyweight
Tuesday off
Wendsday
same as monday
Thursday off
Friday
am:Novice plyos

Standing: 22 inches
Running: 30 inches inches
Goal at the end ....
Standing: 35 inches
Running: 40 inches
standing: 40+ inches
