well first the bowflex and legpress is not an accurate form of testing your squatting or deadlifting max as it takes away almost all use of stabilizing muscle groups.
we actually have about maybe 200 threads on us discussing the best vertical jump program.
also if you have no clue at all on how to make your own program please stick with one already made such as tvp,vjb,Athletic advantage and a few others.
