You usually see results after 3 weeks, but the real result is about a week after you finish the entire program. Too bad you aren't going to see any decent results since you're not ready for advanced plyos.
I don't see why you don't do novice plyos. Like I said before, advanced does not equal more results. It's made for advanced people, who already have an advanced plyo based. You do not since you haven't completed any programs. You would get much better results doing novice plyos. It's not just the injury factor.
Does advanced even have depth jumps ( the best plyo exercise imo, maybe not for the really advanced who will benefit the most from altitude drops, hence why they are in advanced plyos)?
