You are not full squatting 230 at 112 pounds, especially considering your leg press is only 310 ( which is also doubtful at 112 pounds). Don't lie to yourself bro. Are you going to or past parallel on both of those? I doubt it.

Agree. If you have no or little experience with plyos I would follow the progression of the program from novice upwards. BTW if you are doing 230 with decent squatting depth, your standing vertical of 25 is below par. You should really aim to get your standing vertical into the 30s with a squat like that. You should try practising maximum height jumps from a parallel & quarter squat position and squat jumps with very light weights. Also, lose the leg press exercise. Squat, deadlift and lunge.
