Your lifts have nothing to do with why you shouldn't be doing advanced plyos. You're supposed to work your way up with vjb. You have basically no experience with plyos. You will injure yourself considering it has drop jumps (altitude drops) in there.

30.5 running vert is not advanced.

You are not full squatting 230 at 112 pounds, especially considering your leg press is only 310 ( which is also doubtful at 112 pounds). Don't lie to yourself bro. Are you going to or past parallel on both of those? I doubt it.
