hey sup yall it me VeRt again, as some or alot of you know i am gonna be doing my custom made program. But that has changed, it is just soo confusing on exersise selcetion and order and stuff. So for now i am gonna be doing the VJB Advanced Plyos for now. Monday and Friday.
Stats for now:
Vj running: 30 inches
standing VJ:25 inches
Goals :
10 inches in 12 weeks or more inches on my running. i will also be doing my on basketball skills training. I did today workout and it was pretty good. I was tired after but a good tired. So see yall lata!!...!!!!...!!!!!...!!!!!...!!!!!...
