If it's tricks that you want to improve, then do 1 trick 10 times in a row, rest and move onto a different trick repeating 10 times and so on,
seeing as the weekend is coming up, you can do your 10 reps of each trick maybe 6 times in one day without overtraining. So over a weekend you could have done at least 1 trick 120 times.
