Honestly, I tried all three on and personally, I think the Lebron V is the best.
The LBV is much lighter than the Lebron III and IV so I'm buying it.

The Kobe II's are nice as well although I think the Kobe I was probably the best shoe in the line so far. The Kobe III's are probably the ugliest signature shoe I have seen.

The Kobe's are also based on the Huaraches so I think if you have to pick between the Kobe's and the Huarache, get the Kobe's. Nike has a tendency to do upgrades on the regular lines just to differentiate the superstar shoes.

I also think you should look at the Kobe II Strength Shoes, not sure how they feel but they look good too (Probably even better than the Kobe II's).

If you're buying the Lebron V China's to play in, you're messing up the collector's value since that colorway is a limited edition and would still get a high price. Besides, Im not sure if you can get a Lebron V China edition on retail sites besides Ebay and other specialty shoe websites.

You might as well get the regular colorway, or get the Birthday Lebron V, which is colored green. Personally, Im getting the Black/White/Crimson Colorway since it's hella expensive to get the Lebron V Yankees (which I would get if I had the chance to get it at retail but sites are selling it for at least 600USD, so that's beyond my budget).
