Im probably gonna start AC's (squatdrs) program after this, either that or advanced vjb, and ill go for like a 48 inch running vert and a 40 inch standing. once i get those 2 accomplishments im gonna stop doing vert training, only do maintenance sessions and put all my focus on skills for basketball.

sweet, i dont have access to weights until im 16, i only have dumbells so ill try and work them into the bodyweight program. 48 inches is a lot

u should keep doing maintenance sessions for a while and then get in to some super advanced vert training and get in to the 50's

that would be sweet. imagine what u would be doing then
