Reach: 7'4 (roughly)
Vertical: about 18 inches I think standing not sure about running.
I'm currently doing air alert 3 on week 7 or 8 can't remember fixing things around to suit my needs and breaks and all-in-all I've gained about 5-6 inches, not bad huh?
