lean towards tvp because it sounds like u get better results. I have talked to many people asking which i should do. Many have told me that i am far to inexperianced to even think about tvp and to do vjb first. Many others have told me not to waste time doing vjb and to go strate for tvp. i am pretty confused lol
well any help is appreciated. thanks
You should go VJB because you dont have enough experience in vertical jump programs to start TVP straight. Also you wont waste your time doing VJB cuz you would still have gains if you do it. And its not like your missing time. Your only 14 so you still have a lot of years to improve your vertical jump. Go step by step and start by the basic: VJB
