next, it calls for some things (super hops for example) that you'll just mess yourself up on if you try. I don't wish the evil of having you depth jump from your vert+9 inches (what you'll do later in the program) with a 1rm squat of LESS than your bodyweight. you'd be better off doing AA2 & AA3 at the same time (not rly, but that's just to prove how bad that would be for you).

so are you saying that i wouldnt see gains? and if not at what point would you recomend me starting tvp
