you'll be box squating 40 pounds as your main exercise. you won't be able to do it free weight as the bar weights more than the total weight you want. your 1rm for a NORMAL squat is 140. box i'd say is 100 or less. you do 45% of your 1rm for the first few weeks of TVP, which would be sub 45 pounds. thats absurd to weight train so intensely with such a pathetic weight. get up your strength then do something like tvp.
next, it calls for some things (super hops for example) that you'll just mess yourself up on if you try. I don't wish the evil of having you depth jump from your vert+9 inches (what you'll do later in the program) with a 1rm squat of LESS than your bodyweight. you'd be better off doing AA2 & AA3 at the same time (not rly, but that's just to prove how bad that would be for you).
