hey ok so im confused on what makesz u ready/not redy to do tvp. isint the point of tvp to not worry about increasing weight but making reps faster and rest times shorter? why does it matter where you start out please explain im confused as hell i hae 10 pple tellin me i should do vjb first to get a good base and 10 others sayin it doesnt matter and to not waste time with vjb just go for tvp.
