Aight finished my sixth workout, first week is all but done (just gotta rest a day). My arms are quite sore but I'm looking fowards to a day off.

Question: TVP=15 weeks straight no more than 2 days off in a row (pool weeks you work out 5 days a week, so thats 2 days off), which means a total of 5-6 days of a month for a 3 and a half month period. That seems like hella overtraining. Anyone know if I should take a break midway through to let my body catch up or it'll be okay recovering from all of it just using the day off every week and the 2-3 weeks between the 15 week and 6 week parts?

Comment: STOP PMING ME ABOUT TVP! 5 people have pm'd me asking for/asking about odd things in TVP. I will not send it to you as I don't know how to send an ebook, and on top of that all the people who did ask had less than 100 posts (I aint sending even if you have that much mind you--cuz I don't know how and don't care to try). Please start a topic if you have questions about TVP in the training section because I really won't respond to them in PM. I don't mind answering questions in this journal but the PM thing is a huge hassel for me (see above, I don't mind that whatsoever, its more the asking for stuff that bothers me). -rant off.
