That's what I was thinking too but I don't want to strain my knees. They get sore when I play too much pick up basketball already. Well, if someone can shed more light on it or would advise on using the existing add-on weight, I can probably be open to more ideas from the people who have used the programs.
By the way, have you checked how much weight or waistline inches do you have to lose to get to 10% bodyfat?
