vjb to ath adv
ok guys you may or may not of read my jurnal
well thar is a problem with my scedual i wont be able to do it in the order i have it
i can only do tvp during the sumer so i will do it this summer
that brings me to my question
i just got the new ath adv and i was wondering if i should keep doing novice weight and plyo vjb or swich to ath adv
hear are the pros and cons of swiching to ath adv
pros:
-sence it is a costome program it will eaven out all my imbalences so i will get better results from tvp
-this site will be able to see if ath adv relly meshures up to vjb
cons:
i will be swiching programs
now i think ath adv is the better way to go for me but what do you guys think
