find the exercises you need UPN for (theres only like 7), do them. stop once you stop getting 100% results (ie in max height jumps, once you don't jump to max height), count how many reps that was, then subtract one. that's your UPN for max height jumps.
On a side note I did todays workout, was a little more strict with my diet (had a smaller meal before, then a shake right after and another 30 min after), and I did the hydrotherepy thing in the shower. the workout was nice cuz it was easier than normal, since i had depth jumps.
