dude make sure you have lots of rest i'm serious ive done program, it's where all gains are made and don't forget recordination afterwards very important. also if you can try to do as much window plan as possible just syaing recovery is your only chance at gains. and don't let the plyos comprimise you ok cool good luck and hope you do great. ps if you need masterclass i'll send it to you it'll help greatly just email me at
