Well i rested for two weeks now and before starting AA i could touch the rim now my vert is 3-4 inches lower!? I felt explosive and all that when i jumped and thought wtf is this :P

could those exercises actually have made my vert worse ?

Anyway im starting VJB bodyweight and plyos novice but should i rest even more before i start? since I just lost some vert it seems

I dont know much bout training so sorry if you pro's get these questions all the time
It is difficult to say without knowing exactly how much workload you were doing before your 'rest' period. Also, how much balling are you doing 3 times a week during your 'rest' period. To be honest, I suspect you overloaded and have not had sufficient rest. But without detailed info it is hard to tell.
