Aight so I did todays workout. My hamstrings are SHOT. I mixed up day 3 this week with week 2 day three, but the only difference is glute/ham raises instead of partial deadlifts so I think no biggy. The glute ham raises were a bitch, I absolutely could not do them at all. Any ideas/help?
Also the track coach critiqued my plyo form. He says its all about timing, and this jumping is nonsense. I'd ignore him but he had a 44+ vert back in the day and did olympics. He also said I was landing wrong on my jumps (the one legged ones). I would land on the ball of my foot and attempt to absorb the shock as quickly as possible without my heel touching down before exploding up again, this wrong?
