Well, here I am at day 3, and my hammys are still quite sore, I'ma do the workout at 9:30 anyway but we'll see how it goes I figure the plyos might be hard. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem training sore, just a little intimidating about things to come as it will only intensify. I'll post after the workout on how it went, upper body is lightly sore from yesterday btw.
