I'm doin the novice weight training in VJB.
Starting 1 rep max squat: 240
Starting 1 rep max Deadlift: 270
Goal for phase 1: Squat: 270
DL: 300
(will update after phase and goal for next phase)

End of weight training goals
Squat: 360
DL: 390
