Well as planned I did my first workout today. Went from about 3:40 till 5ish, or a little after. I went by the book for all reps and sets, and about 90% of the time between sets (I got tired of waiting a full minute between each of the 18 sets of squats deadlifts and high pulls so I waited 40 seconds for some of those.
The most notable things for me: The box squats were absurdly easy. The deadlifts were also fairly easy. 45% 1rm seems to be very low, and 2 reps per set makes it even easier. The plyos at the end were surprisingly tough given how good I felt after the first part. I guess my time doing VJB with way higher weights than I was supposed to means I've built up a tollerance to working out.
