You HAVE to get down to 10% body fat before doing any vert training. Do some beginer VJB while doing heavy cardio and going on a serious diet. Once You get down to 200 you can try going to a different VJB but I'd say finish whatever it is your on. Def start with all weights until you get your squat up to 300 (and make sure its a full squat not a 1/2 or 1/4). Don't even think about TVP until you're at 9-12% bodyfat and can squat 300 minimum and have a vert of 28+. You might be able to do it only because your UPNs would be low and your 1rm would let you get away with doing it on really low weights but you'd get nothing out of it that you would get from doing something your level (which you'd get much more from).
