recommendation
Hey guys I am 23 years and i have stopped play ball for 4-5 years and my vert was standing 25-26 and weight about 190 and now iam 230 and my vert is 15 inches. I have the tVp AND vjb SO i was wondering i WAS WONDERING WHICH program is better for me and i have access to weights and a pool. The reason for my question is that i heard TVP is not meant for beginners but say i do THe TVP is it worth the time or should i just do VJB because my legs are weak.
