ok, well your feet need to be a bit closer, your release is what looks really bad to me. looks lyk u are pushing forward. try and reach up when u shoot. it will give u a good arc and to help u to flick ur wrist, hold your release and flick your wrist down. to remember this think of yourself putting ur hand in the cookie jar, your arm is reaching up high and ur wrist is bent down in to the jar. when u jump, u jump forward and look unbalanced and u lean back. try and jump straight up, mainly bouncing with your toes. practice jumpers from the free throw line where u jump up and when u land, look at where your feet are, you dont want to move forward. you are bending your knees in, dont use your knees much, mainly use your toes and bounce straight up. bend your knees a tiny but straighten them out when you are in the air.
to practice your new form do what dave hopla does in that instructional video. it was on here a while ago but its been deleted. if u havent seen it then basicly u start from 2 feet away from the basket. make 10 one handed shots from there in a row, do them slowly and focus on getting your form perfect. once you have made 10, take a step make and make another 10 with one hand, also using perfect form. keep doing that until you get to about the free throw line, then come back in front of the basket where u started from. but this time add in your 2nd hand (guide hand ) and do the same thing, practicing perfect form. do this every time u go out to shoot. and soon you will be shooting great, but u gotta go slow at first and focus on perfect form, watch ray allen and try and copy him. i know thats a lot but it will fix your shot, its not that bad atm but this will make it great if u work hard. hope it helps
