I'll do superhops during (but only weeks 7-15 as he says), then the alt jumps and water plyos after I take that 3 week siesta (those are the 6 weeks after the first 15). That's the way he says it's supposed to be done so I figure it should be okay, though I'm a little excited to see about the super hops.
I'll update often at least for the first week or so, hopefully if I get some feedback I'll keep them up. Good luck to you too, thanks for the support.
