No i mean lower leg the calve achilles and shin and all the little foot muscles and I could be mistaken but all the info I read was that the lower legs provide the quick lift off the groung thats why one legged jumpers need especially strong calves shins & achilles tendon...tell me what you know cuz u might be right but thats just the way i understand it.
