much easier to use jumpsoles, they are pretty easy to make. u have to be pretty advanced with plyos to do these, plus u gotta follow the instructions closely, like stretching your achilles and using deep heat for 20 minutes. but u gotta understand, if u hurt ur acchilles tendon, then it will probably never get back to normal.
