
, sounds like your getting better a.j, i always go for wrist slaps when i jump without the ball, get em pretty much every time of my right leg and im not far off with 2 legs. Btw alleys are a no cando, i have very bad timing, which is why i dont get much blocks either, realistically if i had timing i shud be averaging like 5 blocks a game lol. im sure practise would cure that problem tho, but give me 6 weeks, and i shud be dunking easy with over 40 inch hops

, and this time ill actually bother to warmup and wear some skins, i can jump high 30s cold lol. which makes me wonder what my verts gonna be after the program
