Default Season over what program?

The season just ended, and during it I did most of the intermediate weights program from VJB (stopped for the last 4 weeks so I could be at 100% for the playoffs). Now that it's over I'm thinking either another VJB (reactive strength probably) or TVP. I would add in upper body to the VJB so it's not that much more work. During this time I'll be doing the tennis season (beyond nothing in terms of physical activity, even the A division we're in won't have me break a sweat), and shooting/dribbling. 400 shots and an hour or so dribbling practice a day. School really isn't a concern (second semester senior year), so what would be best?
Squat: 1rm=330
Deadlift: 1rm=240
Bench: 1rm=110
Standing: 30
Running: 33-35
Height: 6'
Weight: 165-170
(I got about 3-5 inches from my last VJB, all of it in the first month, after that I think the season caught up with me).
