Aiight. I'm 5'9" - 5'10" weight 165lbs.
My vert is about 27 inches
I jump with my right leg, single foot dunk
When I run and dunk I can grab a double rim on a 10 ft hoop but I jus cant dunk!
Its like my legs wont let me jump my max.
What do you guys suggest I to do?
