I've read a psychology book and it says there that your retain 90 % of something you do when you explain what you are doing as you are doing it.
I practice form shooting from up close (about 2 feet away) and I say out loud (or whisper when I'm shooting in my high school gym during recess) all the things I want to make sure I do. I'm building my shot after Better shooting 2 and it's working great. You can get it if your become a master on
http://streetballebooks.co.nr/ . I could help you get stuff to post there (that's one of the conditions of becoming a master there).
Watch the video and make a list of steps to building your form (like :1. Feet shoulder-with apart 2. Toes pointing to the target... and so on) and repeat these steps out loud. It really helped me get the form down. It's not going to happen over night, however. Practice every day. Perfect practice makes perfect.
