My goal is to do roughly 2.5x BW then changing the bias towards max power and plyos. I've stayed away from plyos as well. But as you know, I just started REALLY concentrating on my lower half. I've been working it, just not KILLING it like I have lately. Yes, the box squats are really the only thing that I can point to. Now I'm targeting 400 lbs for the deadlift, and squat, I don't really have a target. I guess 2.5 sounds about right. As you know, I'm working toward a 300 lbs clean & jerk. I'm almost there.
