Yup, count me in

It has been on hold since Dec last year, so am itching to get back in the game. Agree with you that box squats are awesome - great carryover to both squats and deadlifts too. My goal is to do roughly 2.5x BW then changing the bias towards max power and plyos. I have done barely any plyos since I have started retraining and am keen to see if I can capitalise on my relative strength levels.
