It feels like the extra weight is really holding me back from jumping like idunno 4-6 inches. Is there any way I can just stay at my strength for now and continue to lose fat/weight? Thanks
Yeah, I'm not sure if you read all the way through, but circuit training, or supersets are a good way to get cardio out of a lifting session. It's ok to do cardio, just don't over do cardio. If you want to lose weight, concetrate on your midsection. What is your waist measurement? How about body fat %? That is what you want to cut. Usually, most of your body fat is in your midsection. This is also the worst fat to have for various health reasons.
