Do you ever put your heels up on the front squat? I've noticed this isolating the quads very nicely. My new dedication is lower body, so yes, I plan on getting very strong. I'm not slacking on the upper body either. I also have league on Mondays with practice on wed & sat or sun. I'll rest when I'm dead.

Wow that was a huge write up johndecena. Thanks for all of the info. However I don't get to play ball a lot that is why I thought I should start running (I only play 1-2 times a week

so it kinda sucks. So should I start doing sprints/plyo and stop the cardio completely? If so I'll make that change. Also I think I'll start to bulk up next winter or fall. It feels like the extra weight is really holding me back from jumping like idunno 4-6 inches. Is there any way I can just stay at my strength for now and continue to lose fat/weight? Thanks
