All the best with the lower body training - you're bound to get massive and strong there too!
Nice, you know how I like to switch it up! High reps with the lighter weight, working up to the higher weight. The front to back switch is nice too, give you hams some rest, hit the quads. Do you ever put your heels up on the front squat? I've noticed this isolating the quads very nicely. My new dedication is lower body, so yes, I plan on getting very strong. I'm not slacking on the upper body either. I also have league on Mondays with practice on wed & sat or sun. I'll rest when I'm dead.
