Oh, 290lbs is not what I consider light. I was doing squat variations (front and back) with weights ranging from 135lbs to 225lbs. Higher reps and/or sets but nothing hard. Yes, I am still in SE Asia. Nice to be back.
All the best with the lower body training - you're bound to get massive and strong there too!
