HAHA, yes, and after all the box squats too! I was box squatting at about 12" high, and 60 % 1 rep max, 3 sets of 10. I can understand the prioritizing... we all have real lives. Well, I know you'll get back to the heavy lifts, not that 290 is light! Have fun on vacation, did you go to Asia? I'll keep you posted on my gains, I've started to go crazy on the lower body training. I'm trying to keep up with you!
