Last heavy squatting was end of Dec 07. Basically worked with 5 rep and 3 rep maxes and ended with 275lbs and 290lbs from memory. Since then I've done some light weight lifts, GPP and some cleans and presses - nothing serious though. I was planning to get back into heavy lifts end of Feb, but had to prioritise other stuff above my training first.

btw doing deadlifts after bball training is hardcore. lol
