County all-star game i got selected to play in
I will test my vert here because my adrenaline will be running like crazy.
Then after this i will do almost only light plyos once a week for a couple months just trying to build up my strength. I hope to hit 225X5 box squat by June 1, which gives me about 12 weeks.
