WORKOUT #4 (Tuesday- March 8

Pick-up ball 45 minutes
Box squat- 135X5
Box Squat- 155X5
Box squat- 155X3

Box Jumps- 2 sets of 8
Depth Jump- 1X8

That one where you sit in a chair then jump onto a box??(Whats it called??)

Upcoming workout schedual

Friday-March 7
Medium Plyos (5-7 sets)
Light Weight (3-4 sets)

Monday- March 10
Heavy plyos (10-13 sets)

Thursday- March 13
Practice for county all-star game

Friday- March 14
County all-star game i got selected to play in

I will test my vert here because my adrenaline will be running like crazy.
Then after this i will do almost only light plyos once a week for a couple months just trying to build up my strength. I hope to hit 225X5 box squat by June 1, which gives me about 12 weeks.
