VJB (vertical jump bible) is a vertical jump program that is probably the most popular one out. It utilizes weight training and plyometrics to increase your vertical jump. It can help beginners or advanced jumpers. I think it is a good program. You can't go wrong with it if you follow the workouts to a "T"
