Yeah, I use it a lot. Search Quinoa. I keep tellin people about it. It is one of the most complete foods in the world. It is a grain, high dietary fiber, high protein AND amino acids, very good for you. I usually steam brown rice with chicken broth, then steam the quinoa with chicken broth. After they're steamed, I mix them together and enjoy. Or even fry up some chicken or ham. Cook some egg separate. Then throw the rice and quinoa in the pan with the meat. Add some peas and shredded carrots, some soy sauce, then the egg. Voila, fryed rice that is good for you! I also use organic eggs, or free range eggs... they are high in Omega-3 fatty acids, good for your heart, and are naturally anti-inflamitory. Like fish, high in Omega-3's.
