breakfast: eggs, whole grain bread, orange juice, fruit, (no fatty foods, like sausage/bacon)

lunch: whole grain sandwich with like turkey little mayo lettuce tomatoes etc. fruit, nuts(non-salty), water.......

and i don't know what you mean by "no resources"
