Default Season/Vert conflict

Hey guys,
got a bit of a situation here...i'm startin uni ball this year but i don't wanna sacrifice my vert program. If i'm gonna start playin comp, i'm gonna hav to start doin sport specific training like cardio, which will wreck my gains. As i'm jst under 6 foot, to stand out on the court i've been focusing on my jump, if a scout saw me dunk at under 6 foot and white (not trying to b racist), i reckon it would b more beneficial then jst being a regular PG. Wat should i do guys???!!! Focus on jump training or tryin to get as match fit as possible???
